This website is a resource for owners of condominium units in the Dolphin Building (odd number units - 140 Palm Street) and Tarpon Building (even number units - 160 Palm Street) in the Olde Marco Condominium complex not including the penthouse units which have their own association.


Owners are encouraged check in frequently to keep appraised of important information.

Water will be shut off to the Tarpon building (160 Palm Street) for approximately one hour starting at 9 a.m. on Monday June 23 so that National Fire can repair a leaking valve.

 

 Owners of the following units need to pick up their Summit Broadband power replacement cords from the OMI office: 

208, 211, 212, 300, 301, 308, 403, 405, 406, 40

Owners are only allowed to park vehicles on the premises when they are actively staying in their unit.  Vehicles may not be stored on the premises when owners are not present.  Violations may result in owners incurring towing, storage and recovery fees.

Olde Marco Inn, LLC/Allard Ventures Group, LLC - own the historic inn, pool and shops and operate a rental pool for unit owners who elect to participate in the rental pool.
